Scorpions v Dunmow Utd Tigers

An early fixture this morning at Deanery.
Scorpions started bright with a goal for Jayden in the first 2 minutes. Goals from Connor and Charlie and 3 from the Tigers had the game tied 3-3 at half time.
The game was a really competitive back and forward one. Dunmow had some really good play going forward as did the Scorpions. The defenders and midfield were hard working in the middle all game.
Late in the game Scorpions really turned on the attack, Mason managed to score and get the game to 5-6.
Archie and Frankie were really threatening out wide and it looked like an equaliser was coming at any minute. Dunmow were lucky not to conceed a penalty and then Mason was caught with a questionable offside.
Dunmow unfortunately managed to break off the back of our attacks and scored late on to make it 5-7.

Man of the match was Tor. He dealt with many attacks and made some great saves as always ? ?
Scorpions were a lot more lively today and we proved that we have plenty of goals in the team. More work to do but a step in the right direction.
