Back at the Dragons Den this cold December morning, looking to right the wrongs from last Sunday's perfomance, against a side we lost 6-2 at earlier in the season.

The Dragons started brightly putting the visitors under pressure. It was the home side that opened the scoring, a goalkick straight from the training ground saw Angus' pass through controlled with 1 touch by Logan ready to fire into the opposite corner past the tomorrow with a powerful low drive. The visitors penned back for majority of the half broke away catching the Dragons off guard to equalise. The first half continued in the same flow with the Dragons winning a corner after a goal mouth scramble. Ryan stepped up, played the ball to Jenson short on the corner of the box, similar to Logan earlier, Jenson took one touch and volleyed the ball over everyone in the box into the far top corner for a 2-1 lead.

After the break 2 quick fire goals from Dunmow had turned the game on its head and the Dragons were trailing 3-2. Logan, SB and Ryan took the game to Dunmow with Logan and Ryan both having shots saved by the goalkeeper. Angus drove forward on a burst from defence but again the goalkeeper stood firm and made another save! The next chance came from a free-kick on the edge of the area, Jenson striking sweetly looking for the top corner and somehow the goalkeeper saved again! The Dragons continued to squeeze Dunmow back. SB with some whippage on a corner, the ball fell to Jenson to strike hard and low but again thwarted by the Dunmow goalkeeper! Another goal mouth scramble unfortunately Ryan couldn't get a clear shot away and Dunmow broke to add their fourth and final goal of the game.

A fantastic display from the Dragons ends frustratingly, another day we win 8-4 but for an inspired goalkeeper for Dunmow.
